I have more meaningful conversations with strangers than with my siblings. While strolling up Main Street, I saw this man standing beside Rigatti's Pizzeria. Well, that was the name of the pizza joint that used to be there. I started snapping some photos as another man crossed in front of him. As I was passing by he said, "Where can I see those pictures?" We began talking and exchanging phone numbers. I asked him to text me his name, so I could send him the photographs. I asked if I could take a few more shots. We began to make small talk, and I asked him where he was from and what he was doing in St. George, Utah. He let me know his mother just passed away the day before. It was a pleasure to meet you Fred Ottley. Thank you for sharing your story with me. Time heals.
